Level 2

Teaches staff to
use the MMF Conflict Management Framework, particularly at difficult stages of conflict escalation.

Participants will have the opportunity to role-play managing conversations at the different stages. Included in the training is a package of useful documents, including template letters for families/parents/carers and Acceptance of Responsibility agreements.

 Level 2 training also builds an in-house resource of conflict management ‘champions’ able to model the Framework skills and provide advice and support to other members of staff.

Course Delivery
One day face-to-face workshop for senior nursing, medical and allied health professionals who have completed Level 1 training and who have responsibility for managing conflict within their clinical specialties.
